White Sage is used for clearing negativity inside and outside, from our house, room, office, or any other type of structure or us physically. Sage emits negative ions; just like a waterfall or running water, emits the same thing. This is why, when people are near running water, they always feel cleaner or just ‘better’ for no reason at all.

Sweetgrass has been used in religious ceremonies for generations. Traditionally used for smudging and purifying ceremonies, sweetgrass is often burned at the beginning of a ritual or ceremony to attract positive energies. Smells wonderful when burned!
