Enchanted Cottage's Grand Re-Opening In Our New Location

I've been shopping and getting delivered along with curbside both have been Amazing❣ Amazing selections Amazing service and just dam straight Awesome Business and People to do Business with I love Bruce and Stan they are Always so helpful and down to earth and very efficient in all our trasactions❣

I've always enjoyed going into Enchanted Cottage, but right now, their curbside delivery is so wonderful. Not only did they package my purchase beautifully, but they shared a special note and added a special touch. It's important to support our local businesses here in Bakersfield, especially a business that adds so much healing and light to our city.

This was my first time ordering through their website as their store front is currently closed. I placed my order and selected the free local delivery option. I had my stuff within 2 hours of me placing my order! I got a text letting me know my order was out for delivery and when I called the number back for an ETA I actually got a response back. Amazing customer service in my opinion!! I also got a thank you note and a free crystal. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

During the closure they hand delivered my purchase to my home (local) the very next day. Everything was bubble wrapped and in a nice bag with a hand written thank you note and a little free gift! Great products and service!

I picked up Tarot in Wonderland deck and Llewellyn's Complete Book of Tarot. The book that came with the deck is way more than I expected. The deck itself is beautiful. I also recieved a thank you note and gift. Yall are so awesome!

I placed an order through Enchanted Cottage, as I live out of state, and I’m so happy with the service I received! My items shipped the next day and were at my house within 2-3 days, even though the tracking number said it would be here Monday ((the day of this review is Saturday)). I did receive an email from Bruce telling me that my items were to be shipped, and a little later on in the day is when I received my shipping notification. My items were very well packed, and I loved the thank you note and extra little gift that were left for me! They have so many wonderful books and I know I’ll be back again very soon to order more! 💕
